2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use BigBookHub.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

• Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Individual book purchases are non-refundable once reading has begun
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to subscribers

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Books and content available on BigBookHub are licensed for personal, non-commercial reading only. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any content. Authors retain ownership of their works.

5. Author Publishing

Authors who publish on BigBookHub grant BigBookHub a non-exclusive licence to distribute their works on the platform. Authors are responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent access controls or copy protected content
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes copyright or contains malware

7. Limitation of Liability

BigBookHub is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BigBookHub after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
