Description
The warning arrives too late. At Polar Station 7, solar monitoring specialist Arjun Mehta watches data shift from anomaly to catastrophe as a massive solar particle event erupts without precedent. Within minutes, a remote lunar installation is forced into emergency lockdown, sealing eighteen crew members inside a bunker designed for twelve. Outside, geologist Elena Kovács is trapped alone in a rover two kilometers from safety, protected only by thin shielding and a failing battery. As radiation floods the surface and communication systems degrade, survival becomes a problem of numbers: oxygen margins, battery capacity, radiation dose, and time. Every calculation reveals a narrowing window. Every decision carries irreversible cost.
